Canadian Data Processing
All data processed in Canada. Infrastructure region-locked to Canadian data centers via organizational policy. Not subject to the U.S. CLOUD Act.
Data Handling
Flowstation processes construction drawings, public parcel data, and published zoning bylaws. We do not collect, store, or process sensitive personal information. All project data is deleted within 30 days of engagement completion.
Encryption
AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, provided by Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
AI Transparency
Flowstation is an advisory tool. Every compliance finding cites the specific bylaw clause and is reviewed by a qualified expert before action. No automated permit decisions are made.
Human Oversight
Our human-in-the-loop architecture ensures a professional expert reviews all outputs. The system flags issues — it does not approve or deny permits.
No Model Training on Your Data
Your drawing packages are never used to train AI models and are never shared with third parties.
